Sorrow to Joy

I have to make a little confession. I was unstable in my behavior yesterday because of some problem.

So it expressed itself when I chided my wife on some questions she asked. I felt bad after the call.I called her up today and profusely apologized.

She was very glad and too happy. You need to experience it to understand the intensity of the expression:)

Why write about family matters? I see a parallel to the Customer and Company relationship. A Customer marries into the company with a lot of trust anticipating great service or product.

When you service or product is sub standard he is disappointed and your relationship sours.

As the husband makes up to his wife, a Company could do that too.

Call up the customer and say a genuine Sorry and make up.
